Featuring 41 custom homesites, the Park District homes will be vacation rental restricted, making it the ideal enclave for primary living and true second homeownership.
The Park District is adjacent to Grayton Beach State Park and the WaterColor Crossings shopping center which includes a grocery, restaurants, and other services. Park District residents will have access to all of the existing amenities offered in the WaterColor community, including the sugar-sand beaches of South Walton, the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, miles of trails, and a multitude of parks. In addition, the Park District neighborhood will be home to a neighborhood pool open to WaterColor homeowners only.
