I’m Meghan and I live, work, and play on 30A. I grew up in Germantown, TN and have been vacationing here on the Emerald Coast for my whole life. In 2016 my husband and I realized that we were worn down by the rat race and needed a change. For us, that change was packing up everything and living life on our terms at the beach.
I have been involved in all things real estate since 2003. In my time as a commercial agent in Phoenix, I managed, leased, and sold millions of square feet of commercial space while learning how to flex my negotiating muscles. I developed and patented Keasy Lock, and keyless lock technology to help manage access to properties. I am proud to be the broker and owner of Beach Collective, a boutique brokerage on 30A.
