WaterColor Real Estate and Community Guide
Watercolor is a fantastic neighborhood nestled between the Gulf of Mexico, Western Lake (a rare coastal dune lake), and the longleaf pines of the Port Washington State forest. Here you will find touches of southern charm wrapped in a modern master-planned community. Charming streets and cute pathways make the area intimate and walkable. Watercolor is a serene haven but still close enough to all the action that there is something for everyone. For the sportsman, there are plenty of opportunities to fish or play on the water with a community boathouse. If shopping is more your style, the Town Center offers shops with stylish threads and local art. Or maybe you just want to lay by the pool and have someone bring you cocktails. Watercolor has an award-winning beachside resort that can provide that experience for you as well. Watercolor brings relaxing breezes from the gulf and the adventure of the Western Lake in a neighborhood that feels like home.
