Seacrest Beach Real Estate and Community Guide

Seacrest Beach is a great community for young families. It has access to the nearby amenities of Alys Beach and Rosemary, but Seacrest offers plenty of its fun as well. Peddler’s Pavilion provides a unique shopping experience. Rows of shops line an ample green space, which makes the area a great place to meet up with friends or bring your family for lunch or breakfast. A variety of treats from donuts to shaved ice and from pizza to subs are available in these cute spots. There are even bike rentals so you can peddle around town. Sometimes a quick trip to the beach is just not practical with small children, luckily Seacrest features a 12000 sq ft pool that is one of the biggest in Florida, making it an excellent destination for families. There is also a nearby area with green spaces and an amphitheater that is great for tossing a frisbee or enjoying a picnic. Seacrest is a beautiful place to make memories with your kids that you can revisit year after year.

Things to do in Seacrest Beach

Seacrest Beach Community Amenities: Consistently a favorite for vacationers and homeowners alike is the gigantic Lagoon Pool. Great for a lazy day, this pool has 12,000 sq ft of area to swim, play and relax and is filled with 378,000 gallons of water. It is naturally heated, which means the level of refreshment changes with the seasons. There are plenty of lawn chairs and shade to relax in. You can pack a lunch and drinks, just no glass, and soak up the sun all day. Of course, people come to Florida for the beach, but I am sure there are a few people who come to Seacrest for the Lagoon Pool. One feature that makes Seacrest especially convenient for families is the Beach Tram. It runs 9 am to 5:45 each day and makes stops on the beach and at the Lagoon Pool. The tram provides a significant advantage over lugging everything to the beach yourself or needing access to a golf cart or two. They have a place for all of your beach toys, chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Having a driver also means you can enjoy a few cold beverages at the beach and not worry about driving, and there is one less way for sand to end up in the seats of your car. Seacrest Beach enjoys a Deeded Beach Access, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram. La Dolce Vita provides Beach Service. You can reserve beach chairs or set up a beach bonfire. You can also wander your way through 1.3 miles of shaded Walking Trails, which meander through the community.
